David, Carol and Alex Godfrey run a flower growing nursery situated in the delightful fens of Cambridgeshire. Producing fresh cut flowers, bulbs and tubers.
The nursery was established in 1982 with just 3 acres of land and has slowly but successfully increased to over 35 acres. With the aid of glasshouses the nursery is able to produce flowers throughout the year.
The main flower crop is the trusted daffodil which flowers from Christmas to Easter. Followed by the large elegant bloom of the peony that comes in magnificent pink, red and white blooms. Agapanthus follow in blue and white. These are just a few of the many varieties we grow.
During December when few flowers grow, we make various wreaths for Christmas made from holly, conifer and dried flowers.
